Greta Constantine, Canadian Designers

Posted on October 8, 2021December 10, 2021

By Anna Ludmirsky,

The remarkable duo Kirk Pickersgill and Stephen Wong, founders of the ready-to-wear womenswear brand Greta Constantine have gone above and beyond when it comes to achievements throughout their careers. Since starting their brand in 2006 in Toronto, Canada, they have come a long way to the level they are on now. The brand is now sold all over the world in over 15 countries in stores such as Hudson’s Bay, Nordstrom, Farfetch, among others. Many high-ranking celebrities have also been spotted wearing their garments, most notably being Viola Davis, Meghan Markle, Demi Lovato, Noah Cyrus, Mindy Kaling, as well as Amanda Gorman who wore a striking yellow dress on the cover of Time Magazine. While focusing on inclusivity and sustainability through their garments, Kirk Pickersgill and Stephen Wong have been recognized and given awards for their tremendous work in the fashion world. Most recently they have been awarded womenswear designers of the year at the Canadian Arts & Fashion Awards (CAFA).
